From creating marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies like Lenovo and Western Union, to guiding entrepreneurs to launch, Faye has worked with brands of all sizes. She specializes in brand positioning and lean marketing strategy using her signature “scrappy” approach.
Andrew Rozas

Andrew Rozas is hands-on marketer with experience across the brand, agency and production sides of the industry. With knowledge of each facet of the marketing ecosystem, he aims to help brands maximize marketing impact for every dollar spent.
In addition to working with brands, ranging from NFL to Ralph Lauren, his main expertise lies in the spirits industry, having lead PR and Social Media at Absolut Vodka's global offices in Sweden, and later joining the Madre Mezcal team as Marketing Director during a period of rapid expansion.
Nate Whitehouse

Nathan Whitehouse is a serial entrepreneur in the spirits brand, B2B services, and technology space as part of the company Drifter Spirits. He has spent ten years developing brands and has extensive connections within the spirits industry.
Prior to founding Drifter Spirits in 2013, he worked as an attorney for Goldman Sachs, and prior to law school he was a data scientist for the Human Genome project. He has a J.D. from the George Washington University and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jeff Diego is the CEO & Co-founder of Drayhorse, an alcohol beverage canning, bottling and formulation company in Philadelphia, PA. He is an avid entrepreneur with a passion for beverage product development, creation and launched multiple brands in the alcohol beverage space like Svol Aquavit & Drifter Cocktail Co.
He holds a degree in Applied Physics majoring in robotics as well as Masters in Business Administration and splits his time between Philadelphia, PA and New York, NY.
Fardeen Nariman

Fardeen is a career investment banker having spent over 20 years within the M&A / Corporate Finance space. After qualifying as an accountant at Arthur Andersen (ACA and CPA), he joined American Express in NYC, investing and divesting off their balance sheet. After completing an MBA at London Business School he worked at August Equity (UK mid-market PE), RBS and KPMG before co-founding the M&A Lead Advisory team at boutique investment bank - Quantuma.
As Co-founder, he grew the team to 10 with average annual fees of £2.5m, personally leading on and completing over a dozen transactions. He left Quantuma in Oct 2021 to head up the alternative funding strategy for a Family Office.
Part of Fardeen's core skill set is his ability to quickly analyse financial data and business models, accurately assessing the financial health of a business and identifying areas for improvement. He is highly experienced in structuring deals, negotiating terms, reviewing legal documents and working closely with management teams to implement strategies that drive growth and improve margins.
William Newell
Bookkeeping and Financial Controlling

William Newell is a financial management consultant specializing in the alcoholic beverage trade. Shortly after completing his education he founded a solo consultancy where he worked with over 30 businesses in setting up their finance systems.
In 2021 he joined Helmsman Imports as Finance Director, where his expertise in the alcohol trade grew and flourished and in 2022 he continued on the same path to become the Finance Director for Drifter Spirits. He has overseen over $10 million in transactions in his career and helped launch Drifter Spirits Asia along with multiple liquor brands. His experience is global, having worked with businesses in the US, Europe and Asia.
